Open it anywhere

Press ⌥⌘V in any app. A glass panel with no title bar opens, and hides again when you click elsewhere or press Escape. Change the shortcut in the … menu.

Save selected text

Select text in ChatGPT, Claude, a browser, anywhere, then tap Shift twice. It lands in Prompts.

Screenshot editor

Take a screenshot as usual and an editor opens on top right away. Drag over text inside the picture to copy it, in English and Russian. Draw with the pen, add arrows and boxes, or hide secrets. Every change is copied for you, and you can drag the image into any chat.

Three steps, about a minute.

  1. Download the DMG

    Get the latest Bronze for your Mac. It runs on Apple silicon and Intel.

  2. Drag Bronze to Applications

    Open the disk image and drop Bronze into your Applications folder.

  3. Open it and allow Accessibility

    This lets double Shift read your selection. Bronze reads only what you select, only when you tap Shift twice.
